The process

With a foundation in the therapeutic relationship, I work with a collaborative and integrative approach to counselling. Together with each unique client, we will discuss through and find an approach beneficial for the goals set for our work together. Approaches with a foundation in experiences, cognition, emotions, the body…..are all possibilities for us. It is a personal journey; one which I look forward to taking with you.

As a registered counsellor with the Swiss Association for Counselling (SGfB), I follow the code of ethics as laid out by the association.

Parenting group facilitation

I facilitate groups for parents of young children, exploring the experience of nurturing a secure attachment relationship with their children. A secure attachment can support the child in their social competence development, as well as in their emotion regulation and stress response abilities. The approach was founded by Circle of Security International (Circle of Security International – Early Intervention Program for Parents and Children) and is called the Circle of Security Parenting. It is run over an eight-week period. If you would be interested, please contact me.

COSTS

I charge CHF 150 per hour’s session (the application of a sliding scale is possible upon discussion). A number of Swiss supplementary health insurance providers cover some of the costs.
