Based on decades of research on secure parent-child relationships, The Circle of Security Parenting programme can help you:

• make sense of what your child needs and is asking from you

• understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs

• support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions

• enhance the development of your child’s self-esteem

• honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

When: eight 1.5 hour group sessions, consecutive weeks

Cost per participant: CHF 280 for the eight group sessions (discount for couples attending)

Who should attend: parents / caregivers of children aged between 4 months and 6 years old
